Throughout February and March, Dubai is transformed into a city filled with a vibrant programme of artistic and cultural events taking place across different locations. The season is organised by Dubai Culture and Arts Authority under the patronage of Her Highness Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairperson of Dubai Culture.
