Dubai Culture and Arts Authority (Dubai Culture) has launched the 'Burj Rashid' exhibition, an initiative under the Dubai Quality of Life Strategy and supported by the Sikka Platform to commemorate the 45^th anniversary of the iconic Burj Rashid. The exhibition, hosted at Al Safa Art & Design Library until 2 May 2025, features over 30 artworks created by a diverse range of UAE-based artists.

To further emphasise the exhibition’s importance, Dubai Culture is organising a special programme on 30 April at Al Safa Art & Design Library. This includes a panel discussion titled ‘Burj Rashid: A Landmark Reimagined Into Art,’ moderated by architect Amal Anoohi, with contributions from artist Dr Ahmad AlAttar, founder of REALIITY, designer and artist Sara Al Khayyal, and artist and consultant Patricia Millns FRSA. The speakers will reflect on their artistic interpretations of Burj Rashid’s symbolism and architectural identity. Additionally, artist Priya Krishnan Das will lead a workshop ‘Burj Rashid: Unlock Your Creativity and Sketch the Icon!’ allowing participants to explore and capture the tower’s distinctive design features.
